Terms & Conditions – Blue Marlin

1. General Information

Blue Marlin is an oceanfront restaurant located at Nassau Cruise Port, offering a premium dining experience focused on fresh seafood, cocktails, and Caribbean ambiance. By visiting the restaurant or consuming any service, guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Access & Service

Service is subject to availability and operating hours. Management reserves the right of admission and service.

3. Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. All consumption must be purchased within Blue Marlin.

4. Payments & Billing

All items consumed will be charged to the guest’s final bill. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and service charges may apply where applicable.

 

5. Promotions & Discounts

Local & NCP Discounts

  • A 10% discount for local residents and a 15% discount for Nassau Cruise Port (NCP) collaborators and tenants are available and will be applied directly to the guest’s final bill.
  • These discounts must be requested from the staff at the time of service in order to be applied.
  • A valid ID must be presented to qualify for the corresponding discount.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and may be subject to restrictions.

 

Kids Eat Free Promotion

  • Valid for up to two (2) children under 12 years old per paying adult.
  • Applies only to items included in the kids menu.
  • Promotion is not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
  • Valid only during designated promotional periods.

 

Happy Hour Promotion

  • Available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
  • Applies only to beer and cocktails.
  • No food purchase is required to access this promotion.
  • Not valid for guests under 18 years old.
  • Not combinable with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

 

6. Conduct & Behavior

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

7. Liability

Blue Marlin is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

8. Modifications

Blue Marlin reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, promotions, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
